Objective Citrus Juice Measurement
The ColorFlex L2 Citrus eliminates the subjectivity of visual methods and delivers fast, objective, and reproducible color measurements. Specifically engineered for the citrus industry, it provides instant values for Citrus Number (CN), Citrus Redness (CR), and Citrus Yellowness (CY) — ensuring accurate color grading for orange, grapefruit, and lemon juices.
In addition to citrus-specific indices, the instrument also measures using the Hunter Lab scale and other widely adopted color scales. This flexibility allows it to be used for virtually any opaque or semi-opaque liquid, offering superior consistency and color accuracy across applications.
The system comes complete with a calibrated Orange Juice 4 Standard, tube holder, port-forward sample clamp stand, and all required diagnostic tools — everything needed for immediate operation.
